INVESTMENT THESISRAMN:LX is an open-ended allocation to private-markets operating capability, domiciled in Luxembourg. The strategy compounds across the full fund lifecycle — incorporation, transfer agency, valuation, financial-crime controls and AI-driven automation — acquired at four of the jurisdiction's principal platforms: Triton, UBS, a €15bn+ AIFM, and Arendt. Admitted to IIT in the top 0.02% of 1.5 million candidates, the manager brings an engineer's rigour to fund structures — and puts AI to work on them, because finance is where it pays off most. — And in the first person, briefly: I build and run the machinery behind private-markets funds, and I'm keen to make AI part of that machinery.

- Run AI-assisted governance across 200+ entities — board minutes, DocuSign execution of annual accounts after board approval, and corporate filings.
- Executed end-to-end incorporation of 15+ Luxembourg SARL entities across two fund structures — constitutional documents, notaries, RCS filings.
- Drafted 30+ corporate resolutions and legal documents supporting live transactions: capital increases, investor buybacks, intra-group share transfers.

- Won the Interactive Fund Challenge — first among all UBS Luxembourg interns.
